Format update + other places to download

Hey all, just did a quick update to the format and layout of this book. It now has a proper copyright page and book format! 

I've also made it available through other retailers, namely Smashswords and Kobo just to make it easier/more accessible to people. It'll be free on both sites, but as always, if you want to offer support, you can always donate here and I'll forever appreciate it! Anyways, I've been meaning to fix it up for a while, and I've finally gotten around to it. It's a simple edit but it looks a lot better I think. I also have other things I've been working on for release as well. Namely a short story collection which should be releasing in the next month or so! It has some of my favorite pieces in it, and I'm excited to have them all compiled and edited.
