Dev Log: January 2022


Hello everyone! Welcome back to another dev log! This past month was super busy, and so I didn't get nearly enough done that I would have liked to. But that's alright. The holidays are always busy for my family, especially since four of us have birthdays in December as well, and I also had lot of things medical wise to deal with. All things considered, I think I got done what I could.

Progress:

  1. Finished up Ozul's route, although I still need to go back and edit/fix a few things.
  2. Finished up most of the backgrounds. Currently 9 are done, leaving one left.
  3. Worked on CGs. I also edited some of the ones I already did (the ones in the demo) to make them look nicer.
  4. Did some editing for Foster and Quincey's routes.

Goals for next month:

  1. Finish Ghost's route
  2. Finish the last bg
  3. Work through the CGs
    1. Specifically finish Foster's cgs

Stretch Goals:

  1. finish GUI
  2. Have Foster's route programmed in

And that's it! With that being said, the release date will probably be March, maybe April, depending on how busy school is. At the very least I've finished my gad school applications, so I don't have to worry about that for now! Finally, thank you to everyone who is checked out this game page and downloaded. And also thank you to BlerdyOtome who included Memory Ghosts in her Diverse Games to Keep an Eye Out for in 2022. There's a lot of great games on this list that I've been excited about and I think you all should check, and also check out BlerdyOtome's blog! She makes a lot of great posts about otomes, BL, manga, and a variety of other topics!
